Online Bill Payment Upgrade


We’ve updated our online bill payment system to better serve you. With the new changes, you can now view your balance, last payment, make payments on multiple accounts and make changes to your personal account information.

To do this, you will need to know your Customer Number, Location Number and name on the account. All of these can be found on your bill or you may contact customer service for assistance at (843) 572-4400. Please note: This information is needed for the initial account set-up only.

Notice

  • Maintenance Update: Online bill payments will not be available Saturday, May 11, starting at 11 p.m. and ending at 5 a.m., Sunday, May 12. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but we appreciate your patience.
  • We need you to help us help you. We want to be able to reach you quickly with important information such as service disruption notices or public health advisories (Boil Water Advisory). With this information you will be able to plan appropriate safeguards. We need your: Home number, mobile number and an email address. Please call our offices at (843) 572-4400 to update your contact information in our system.
  • Customers, please verify that you are using the correct Customer Number and Location Number for your account for bill payment purposes. Both of these numbers can be found on your bill. If you use the bill payment option from your bank, you will need to make sure they have the correct number on file in order for us to process your payment successfully.
